And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Conscious Uncoupling™

This program is for anyone who is going through a breakup but would like to do it with love, care and generosity, honoring what was good and true, and ending the relationship with gratitude and respect.

When my own marriage ended years ago, I had aimed for a better breakup and though in some ways I know I did a decent job, I realized that I was missing the component this program gives: looking at the patterns and beliefs that co-created that relationship dynamic so that I could heal, graduate, and love differently and more deeply next time, developing skills and capacities for me to relate in healthier ways, and learning how to truly care for myself.

Conscious Uncoupling, created by Katherine Woodward Thomas, is typically six weeks long, with an option for additional integrative sessions as needed. Her New York Times bestselling book of the same title will be our text and workbook. We meet for one hour weekly, preferably the same day and time.

I work with Zoom, which is an online platform that is stable and easy to use. When I was training to be a coach, I thought I would only meet clients in person, but my perspective has changed as I have had very good results with Zoom. My clients have been grateful to be in the comfort of their own homes as we engage in such intimate and important work.
